Tank Stars
Tank Stars – A Simple Tank Shooting Game, But Extremely Frustrating
Initially, I downloaded Tank Stars just because the graphics were quite appealing. I thought it was just a normal tank shooting game to play for a few minutes to relieve boredom. But after a few matches, I understood why so many people play this game for so long.
The most interesting aspect of the game isn't the graphics, but the unpredictable artillery duels. Sometimes you think you've hit the target, but then the bullet misses by just a little, and the opponent counterattacks immediately.
The gameplay is quite similar to classic artillery duels.
If you've played angle-based shooting games before, you'll find Tank Stars quite familiar. Players adjust the firing angle and force to hit the opponent's tank.
It sounds simple, but it's not as easy as it seems in a match.
There are maps with varying terrain, so aiming is crucial. Sometimes, a slight deviation will send the missile flying straight into the sky.
The new arsenal is addictive.
What makes the game more fun is the sheer number of weapons. Not only are there regular bullets, but the game also allows the use of missiles, cluster bombs, and various types of ammunition with different effects.
In one match, I accidentally used a bullet that was too powerful and ended up losing a lot of health. Situations like that happen quite frequently in the game.
Some weapons create large explosions, which are very visually appealing, especially when hitting targets at long range.
Each match is quite intense.
Although the gameplay isn't complicated, the game still creates a sense of suspense because a single miscalculation can instantly cost you the advantage.
In some matches, both tanks have very little health left, and whoever misses first almost certainly loses. This back-and-forth combat makes the game easy to make players want to "play another match."
Easy-to-learn controls
The game primarily uses drag-and-aim controls:
- Select the type of ammunition you want to use
- Drag to adjust the firing direction
- Release to fire
Without too many buttons, even beginners can easily play.
Cartoon graphics with fun effects
Tank Stars doesn't follow a heavy war style. The game's colors are quite bright, and the characters are designed in a cartoon style.
However, the explosion effects still make the battle look very lively. Especially when many missiles fly at the same time, the screen looks quite chaotic in a fun way.
In summary
Tank Stars is a tank shooting game with simple gameplay, but it is very addictive. Aiming, choosing weapons, and waiting to see if the bullets fly in the right direction creates a thrilling feeling in each battle. If you like lighthearted artillery games that are still highly entertaining, this is a name worth trying.
